Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Level One Loot! The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a few different speeds to fit your timeline:

Please Note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our transit carriers. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather, or peak holiday seasons.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will typically become active and scannable within 24 hours of receipt.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Level One Loot is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, and brokerage fees).

5. Damages & Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if a package is lost in transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately. We will work directly with the shipping carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund for your loot.
